Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. Continuous use of this product for more than 30 days is not recommended except under the supervision of a physician.
Not for long-term use. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women or young children. If you are currently taking any anti-coagulant (blood-thinning) medications, please consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Natural color variation may occur in this product.
