Subscription Terms

Plain-English Summary: You will be charged automatically on a recurring schedule at the price shown at sign-up. You can pause, modify, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

1. How Subscriptions Work

Femologist subscriptions allow you to receive your chosen products on a regular delivery schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or at an interval you select) at a discounted price compared to one-time purchases. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Recharge, our subscription platform.

When you subscribe to a product, you are agreeing to recurring charges at the frequency and price displayed at the time of sign-up. Your first charge is processed immediately at checkout. Subsequent charges are processed automatically on your selected schedule without further action required from you.

A subscription order is a separate transaction from any one-time purchases in the same cart. Cancelling a subscription does not affect any one-time orders, and cancelling a one-time order does not affect your active subscriptions.

3. Billing

3.1 Recurring Charges

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Femologist to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected. This authorization continues until you cancel your subscription. You do not need to take any action for each order to be processed and shipped.

You will receive an email reminder 3 to 5 days before each upcoming charge. This reminder will show the products, quantity, price, and scheduled billing date for your upcoming order. Please review these reminders carefully and contact us or log in to your account dashboard if you need to make any changes before the cutoff.

3.2 Pricing

The price you pay for each subscription order is the price shown at the time you set up your subscription, including any applicable subscriber discount. Your subscription price is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.

If we need to change the price of a subscription product, we will provide at least 30 days written notice to the email address associated with your account before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the updated price.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a charge to your payment method fails, we will automatically retry the charge up to three times over a period of 10 days. You will be notified by email after each failed attempt. If all retry attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription order for that cycle will be cancelled. Your subscription itself will remain active, and the next scheduled order will be attempted at the next billing date.

To avoid failed payments, please ensure your payment method details are kept up to date in your account dashboard. You can update your payment information at any time without cancelling your subscription.

4. Managing Your Subscription

4.1 Modifying Your Subscription

You can change the product, quantity, or delivery frequency of your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at femologist.com/account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming order. Changes submitted after the 48-hour cutoff will apply to the following order.

4.2 Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days at a time through your account dashboard. During a pause, no orders will be processed and no charges will be made. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you extend the pause or cancel before that date.

4.3 Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations submitted after the 48 hour cutoff will take effect after the next order has been processed.

You can cancel your subscription in any of the following ways:

  • Log in to your account at femologist.com/account and cancel through the subscription dashboard
  • Email team@femologist.com with your name, order number, and a request to cancel
  • Call us at 1-888-835-6520 during business hours 9-6 PST

Important: Returning a subscription order does not cancel your subscription. If you return an order and do not wish to receive future orders, please cancel your subscription separately using one of the methods above.

5. Subscriber Benefits

Active subscribers may receive a discount on each subscription order compared to the standard one-time purchase price. Any discount amount is shown on the product page and at checkout when you select the subscription option. Subscriber discounts apply only to subscription orders and are not available on one-time purchases.
