Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday to Friday ship within one business day. Weekend orders ship Monday. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

US shipping: Free via USPS Ground Advantage (3 to 6 business days). Priority Mail available at checkout at additional cost (2 to 3 business days).

Canada: USPS or UPS, 2 to 5 weeks. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

International (UK, France, Australia, New Zealand): USPS, 3 to 5 weeks. All customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. All prices are in USD.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours, contact team@femologist.com.
