Standard dose: 2 capsules twice daily, ideally away from food with 8-12 ounces of water. First dose in the morning before breakfast. Second dose early in the afternoon or before afternoon energy low. Not to be taken beyond late afternoon as it may interfere with sleep. Light dose: For those who are on certain medications or sensitive to herbs: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon. Maintenance dose: After 4-8 months of use, if the body has been rebalanced, reduce the dose by half.
