Standard dose: 1 capsule twice daily, ideally away from food with 8-12 ounces of water. First dose in the morning before breakfast. Second dose early in the afternoon or before afternoon energy low. Not to be taken beyond late afternoon as it may interfere with sleep. Strong dose: For additional support, 2 capsules twice daily. Light dose: For those who are on certain medications or sensitive to herbs: 1 capsule in the morning.
