How The Femologist Provider Program Works
When a health care provider’s name, photo, or recommendations appear on Femologist, it is because that provider participates in our Provider Program. This page explains what that program is, how commercial relationships within it work, and what our responsibilities are to you as a customer or patient.
Federal Trade Commission guidelines rightfully require us to disclose material connections between Femologist and the providers who appear on our platform.

What the Provider Program Is
The Femologist Provider Program is a voluntary partnership arrangement between Femologist and independent, licensed health care providers. Participating providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of Femologist. They are independent clinicians who have chosen to use Femologist as a supplement dispensary option for their patients.
Participation does not imply that Femologist endorses a provider’s clinical practice, nor does it imply that a participating provider endorses Femologist’s full product catalog. Providers curate collections from the products we stock. They do not review, approve, or take responsibility for the broader catalog.
These commercial relationships constitute a material connection between Femologist and participating providers under FTC guidelines. Customers and patients should be aware that providers appearing on our platform have a financial relationship with Femologist.
What Provider Recommendations Mean
When a provider’s name or photo appears alongside a product or collection on Femologist, it means that provider has selected that product as part of their recommended protocol for their patients.
It does not mean:
- That the provider has independently tested or certified that specific product lot
- That Femologist has verified the clinical basis for the recommendation
- That the recommendation constitutes medical advice from Femologist
- That purchasing the product is a substitute for consultation with your own health care provider
Product selections represent the independent clinical judgment of each provider. Femologist is the retailer and fulfillment partner. Clinical responsibility remains with the provider and their patient relationship.
Provider Featuring and Public Profiles
Some participating providers have consented to being featured publicly on Femologist, including in our provider directory, on collection pages, and in marketing materials. Public featuring only occurs with the provider’s explicit consent.
Providers may request removal from public-facing pages at any time by contacting us. Removal will be processed promptly.
How Providers Join the Program
The Femologist Provider Program is open to licensed health care providers who recommend supplements as part of their clinical practice. Providers apply to participate and are onboarded by the Femologist team.
Femologist does not pay providers to recommend specific products, direct clinical recommendations, or require providers to achieve sales targets as a condition of participation.
