NGS: Identifies over 60,000 microbial species using our extensive curated database in just 24 hours from sample receipt.
Note: Avoid direct contact with antimicrobials during sample collection process.
* New York orders will only run qPCR for gene resistance followed by NGS, which compares the DNA to a library of over 60,000 microbial species.

If you select that you would like STI testing we will also run a discrete test using PCR that checks for:
