Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage Mail.
We also offer the Priority USPS Mail option at an additional cost that is estimated at check out -- based on weight & destination.
Orders are usually fulfilled the same day or within one business day that orders are received. This is separate of shipping time.
Please note: if you place an order on a Sunday (our office and USPS are closed), it will be shipped on the Monday. Transit/delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our facility.
Please allow extra time for Holidays where the post office is closed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE MAIL This is the standard/default shipping option, which takes approximately 3-6 business mail days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING You have the option to purchase Priority Shipping at check out. USPS Priority Mail takes 2-4 business mail days, from the shipping date, depending on your location. For example, if an order is shipped from our facility on a Monday then the package would typically arrive Wednesday: Day 2, Thursday: Day 3 or Friday: Day 4.
Note: Sometimes USPS tracking takes a little time to reflect the actual Priority Mail speed.
USPS is closed on Sundays and some holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the USPS Tracking Number.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Please make sure you provide the correct address before completing your order. Femologist Inc. will not be responsible for shipments delivered to wrong addresses.
Canada
SHIPPING BILLED AT COST. We ship via USPS or UPS and will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Please note international mail may take anywhere from 2-5 weeks. Please note that orders $100 or more typically take more time to go through Canadian customs. All orders, no matter the amount, are subject to Canadian duties and taxes. Customs and Taxes are not related to our shop so please keep this in mind when ordering. International Shipping

Currently shipping to the United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales), France, Australia & New Zealand via USPS. International shipping typically takes 3-5 weeks. Please see details about Customs on this page.
Currency - USD
All orders are charged in USD, regardless of where the products are shipped to. We use Shopify and they might convert the total cost to your local currency at checkout.
Customs
When ordering from FEMOLOGIST.COM you are considered the importer of record and therefore, you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed and levied when the shipment reaches your country. You may also be assessed customs clearance or other fees for which you will be responsible.
These charges are beyond our control and cannot be determined by us in advance.

Additionally, customs forms for international shipments require us to list the value and nature of the goods being shipped. Please be aware that all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Femologist Inc. does not warrant or guarantee that any shipment leaving the United States will arrive in a timely manner to any country. If a shipment is not allowed into your country for any reason and is returned to us, we will credit you for the products; however, we cannot credit you for the Shipping & Handling cost as we in turn do not get reimbursed for this either.
Customs Fees and Guidelines
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a refund. If Customs does not return any seized packages we would not be able to issue a refund.
Returns
We will gladly refund you for product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place. The cost of any international shipping fees are not included in refunds.
Please note that we are not able to refund opened products. Since we are not able to return opened products to the manufacturer, we are required to maintain this regulation across our site. We understand it's challenging to try various products for the first time, which is why we offer Free Shipping in the US on our site.
If you opened the product(s) and there is a defect please contact us and we will do everything we can to make things right.

Refund Process: Easy as 1-2-3
1) Pre-Paid Label
We will email a pre-paid USPS Label so that the package can be returned to our fulfillment center.
2) Prepare Your Return & Drop Off
Customer can use the same box/bubble mailer that the order was originally shipped in. Please remove or cover any previous labelling. Attach the pre-paid return label to the package. We recommend using clear packing tape to completely cover the printed label so that it does not tear during transit.
Drop the package off at any USPS location or anywhere that has a USPS pick up. For example, UPS Store, Postal Annex, etc.
3) Refund
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will refund the cost of the products to the original credit card used to make the purchase, minus the return shipping cost (if applicable).
Final Sale Items
Probiotics: unfortunately, we can not refund probiotics because once they leave our facility we have no way of confirming that they were stored in a proper way to ensure its efficacy.
Skincare & Bath products: Aloe Glide, Aloe Gele, body/skin brush, deodorant, soaps & shower puff. Due to the personal nature of these products and for the health & safety of our customers we are unable to accept these items for return. Thank you for understanding.
Return Shipping Using your own Postage
To return your product, you should mail it to: Femologist Inc., 16870 W Bernardo Drive, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92127.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable (unless of course, the return is due to an error on our part).
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery Issues
Once an order is scanned as "Delivered", we require timely notification -- within 7 days -- of any delivery issues. Failure to notify us in a timely manner or refusal to cooperate with USPS investigations may forfeit eligibility for refunds or replacements.
Missing Package even though USPS scanned as delivered
Please contact us right away. To proceed, we require the following:

A working email and phone number to share with USPS, as they often need to follow up directly.

Signed Non-Receipt Affidavit (we can provide this form once your contact info is verified).
Without this information, we cannot file a formal claim or send a replacement, per USPS requirements. Please note that USPS delivery scanners include GPS tracking, which allows them to confirm the exact location where the package was dropped off.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and results in a misdelivery or the package being returned to us, Femologist Inc. is not responsible for the lost or delayed shipment.
If the package is returned to our facility, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (which may incur an additional shipping fee) or refund.
Chargeback Policy & Fraud Prevention Notice
We are committed to providing transparent service, high-quality products, and clear communication. To protect our business and the community we serve, we have implemented the following policies regarding chargebacks and payment disputes:
1. Unauthorized Charge Claims
Filing a chargeback for a valid, authorized purchase is considered fraudulent activity and will be investigated accordingly.
2. Abuse of the Chargeback Process
We take chargeback abuse seriously. Submitting false claims to your bank in an effort to obtain a refund outside of our published Return Policy is considered a form of friendly fraud. We reserve the right to dispute any such claims with evidence of your purchase, including shipping confirmation, tracking details, and website checkout records.
3. Legal Action and Collections
If funds are reversed through a chargeback that is determined to be invalid, we reserve the right to recover the funds through collections, and where applicable, pursue legal remedies for loss or damages caused by the false claim.
4. Blacklisting and Account Closure
Customers who engage in chargeback abuse may be permanently restricted from making future purchases with us.
5. Return Policy Compliance
We clearly post our Return Policy on this page. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
