Everyone is different - We suggest consulting with Health Provider before adding Pollen to your routine.
1-2 teaspoons of bee pollen daily is recommended.
Start with ½ teaspoon for 1 week then increase by 1/2 teaspoon increments to desired amount.
(If you weigh more than 175, you can increase to 2 teaspoons daily. )
