This tincture also contains extremely beneficial organic terpenes. This product is designed for sublingual application, but it can also be used topically.

This has been formulated specifically for use just before bedtime as it contains cannabinoids and terpenes that may aid in a more restful sleep.

Shake gently before each use. Place under tongue, hold for 60 seconds, then swallow. Use as desired; can be consumed just before bedtime. Consistent use is recommended. May also be applied topically.

This can be taken at the full recommended amount or in smaller amounts. It is best to start with a smaller amount and adjust to what you desire, since everyone is unique and may be using this product for different purposes. We have noticed that even small doses of this product are all that is necessary for most. Depending upon the amount you choose to use, this bottle can last between 1 to 4 months with nightly use.
