As a dietary supplement, take two capsules per day away from meals (one hour before eating or two hours after eating) or as directed by your health care professional.

I have a system I’m going to use to lessen a covid 19 infection. I have talked to a few people that caught covid and were sick for two days and were not real sick because they were using TF and someother stuff
