Simply fill in the form below and we will respond within 24 hours. Please let us know what time would work best for you for a 15-20 minute call to get started. No IT experience is required and we can work with you or your office coordinator to get you set up quickly.

Option 2 - Self-Guided Onboarding
The self-guided onboarding process can be completed in just 2 quick steps:
1 - Registering yourself as a Practitioner using the following link: Practitioner Signup
2 - Within 24 hours, you will receive an email outlining all the details needed to invite your patients to use the dispensary.
Note: Your patients can use the platform without signing up, however some supplements will not be available unless they register as a patient first.
