Each serving (1 capsule) contains 600 mg of freeze-dried, organic aloe vera powder, 20 mg of calcium carbonate (to raise the pH of the aloe), and 3 mg of silicon dioxide (a naturally occurring earth mineral) as a drying agent.

As a dietary supplement, take one to three capsules twice a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare provider. For interstitial cystitis take 6 capsules per day in divided doses - 3 in the a.m. and 3 in p.m. Be sure to drink an 8-ounce glass of clear liquid with each dose. With or without food.
It is recommended to take 6 capsules per day of Super-Strength Aloe Vera capsules for at least three months to experience the best results. If you have a sensitive stomach or your bladder symptoms are made worse with foods, Desert Harvest recommends that you take a calcium supplement along with your dose of our Super-Strength Aloe Vera Capsules.
