We designed the Dispensary platform with Providers in mind. We strive to meet the needs of Providers and make the everyday supplement guidance as easy as possible. Start the journey by creating or logging into your free account
Use the button below to access the portal and select Create a New Account; you will be asked to enter your name (you can use your practice or your name directly), an email for correspondence and Password (please use secured password) to create the account
Dashboard and Menu
Your central view for getting access to all the information you need. Set up your profile and settings through the menu.
Adding Patients
There are 2 ways to Add patients:
- Use the + Add Patient in the Patient area on the left of the Dashboard (see picture)
- Use the " + Add Patient" Green button on the Dashboard screen
Adding Patient Information
Add First Name, Last Name, Email and Date of Birth
You can then Add More Patients or continue with just the one. You can also upload a file with a list of patient names. Patients receive and auto-generated email from us with a link to register as a patient.
Selecting Patients
Patients are listed at the left navigation area (see picture). You can search by name as needed. Additionally you can access the full patient list from the "Patient List" Blue button on the dashboard screen.
Adding Supplements to Patients
Once your patient is selected (see above on how to select patient) - you can add Supplements by selecting the "Add Supplement(s)" button
Adding Supplement Information
You can search for the supplements in the search box and/or filter by brand or category. Continue to follow the prompts to complete the info. You can add additional supplements as needed in just one session. Click on "Done Adding Supplement(s) when done. This will automatically send an email to the patient with your directions and link to purchase the supplements from our site.
