CoreBiotic™ soil based probiotic is an advanced probiotic formula that combines three spore forming probiotics, derived from soil, otherwise known as soil-based organisms (SBOs). This combination may support a healthy gut microbiome.*
SBOs are heat stable, and free from dairy, pesticides and hormones. They can also withstand stomach and bile acid, increasing the survival rate right through to the intestines, where they are most needed.*
SBOs may provide support where non-SBO probiotics do not, as SBOs are not commonly consumed in the modern diet, as other probiotics may be.
Once spore forming probiotics arrive in the intestines, they produce lactic acid which may help prevent the growth of other potentially pathogenic bacteria. Competitive inhibition such as this may help maintain a healthy balance of the gut flora.
